Open Call: The Danish House in Palestine (DHIP) issues a call for proposals for temporary projects in support of Documentation, Archiving and Libraries of Cultural Heritage in Palestine.
The Danish House in Palestine (DHIP) is pleased to issue a call for proposals for temporary projects in support of Documentation, Archiving and Libraries of Cultural Heritage in Palestine. Funding opportunities are granted for a period of three months commencing August 2016, within the funding scopes of DKK 12,500 – 50,000. Application deadline is July 15th at 15:00 CET.
The call is open to Palestinian individual scholars, academic institutions or cultural institutions operating in Palestine. Examples of support towards projects may include:
- Innovative methods
With the aim to support and strengthen documentation and archiving of Palestinian History and Cultural Heritage.
The implementation of the project should commence August 2016 and be concluded no later than 31 October 2016.
Proposals for projects should demonstrate:
- Innovative methods for supporting already existing archives or libraries or new initiatives
- The relevance of trainings, workshops or research for the overall project
- The sustainability for the overall project
